Hybrid 3 days a week onsite in Plano, TX

Our client seeks a CMS Specialist to manage end-to-end content publishing, uphold quality standards across multiple CMS platforms, and partner with cross-functional teams for asset readiness and approvals. The role will maintain accurate records, coordinate project setup, and support technical troubleshooting to ensure timely, error-free publication in a hybrid schedule.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $29.00 to $34.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Content Publishing: Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including gathering assets, formatting, and ensuring timely, error-free publication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to acquire necessary assets and prepare content for publication.
  • Systems Management: Maintain accuracy within multiple CMS platforms and internal systems. Manage project setup and routine queries.
  • Quality Assurance & Process: Conduct thorough quality control, manage centralized version control, and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to publication.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with support staff to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate editorial concerns as needed.
Experience Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional content entry experience, with 1+ years of CMS authoring preferred. Editorial background is an asset. Coding experience is not necessary.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Communication & Flexibility: Attention to detail, clear communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, openness to constructive feedback, and strong teamwork.
