This role blends instructional design, change enablement, and hands-on facilitation to build AI literacy across the organization and help teams adopt AI responsibly, ethically, and productively.

Key Responsibilities

Training Design & Development

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in change management, user adoption, or digital transformation.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles and data governance.

Successful Profile

  • Curious - actively keeps up with new AI capabilities and trends.
  • Empathetic facilitator - able to simplify complex topics.
  • Business-oriented - understands how AI enhances workflows, not just how it works.
  • Collaborative - builds trust across functions and geographies.
