Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Conduct client visits and presentations to showcase products and services and address client needs and concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position offerings in the market.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
Additional Duties:
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers, customer success managers, and technical support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
