Job description

Customer Success Representative*

We'relooking for a Customer Success Representative to build strong relationships with our digital customers, drive product adoption, and support renewal and growth. In this full-time role,you'llserve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, leading virtual meetings,onboardingnew customers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Lead virtual onboarding, training, and check-in meetings to drive adoption
  • Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to support their goals
  • Manage renewals and help ensure strong retention across your accounts
  • Keep customer information and activity updated in our CRM

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Comfortable with frequent virtual customer interactions and outreach
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
