In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, guide clients through available options, and support them throughout the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
Our organization provides structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development designed to help professionals succeed in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
