• Conduct secure and confidential telehealth counseling sessions using our designated platforms, ensuring a comfortable environment for client engagement.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to tailor personalized treatment plans for clients, considering their unique mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to support clients during challenging times, ensuring a safe and supportive pathway to recovery.
• Maintain meticulous electronic records, including session notes and treatment plans, in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Educate and empower clients with information about mental health resources, coping techniques, and self-care strategies to enhance their well-being.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive, holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, training, and supervision to refine your therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in teletherapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals navigating mild to severe mental health issues. Your compassionate approach will help clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By fostering open communication and trust, you will create a safe space for clients to discuss their struggles and work collaboratively towards healing.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in the mental health profession, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology to facilitate effective remote counseling sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
• Adherence to ethical counseling practices, ensuring confidentiality and respect for client autonomy.
• A self-motivated, independent work ethic, capable of thriving in a remote setting.
• Flexibility in availability to accommodate a variety of client scheduling needs.

• Experience providing telehealth counseling preferred, with familiarity of virtual platforms.
• Work with specific populations, such as adolescents or those with co-occurring disorders, highly regarded.

The compensation package for this position ranges between $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
