Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress and discuss goals, stability, and treatment options, including potential discharge planning when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and continually evaluate person-centered treatment plans that incorporate clientsโ€™ unique needs and circumstances.
  • Manage up-to-date and thorough documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plan updates, utilizing electronic health record systems to streamline processes.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary information and aid in treatment planning.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions that can include diverse therapeutic methods tailored to individual client situations.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision for professional growth, with opportunities to receive feedback and collaborate with peers.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
