Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

Clients need more than a quick check-in. They need a clinician who can listen, assess, guide, and stay present across the course of care. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will provide remote therapy to clients in Indiana, helping with virtual therapy, symptom support, stress management, and practical treatment goals while keeping care professional, warm, and clinically grounded.

This position is ideal for a counselor who can combine active listening, clear treatment goals, and practical clinical support in every session.

Responsibilities

        Provide therapy sessions that are structured, compassionate, and clinically appropriate

        Support clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps

        Gather relevant client history and update care plans as treatment progresses

        Help clients identify patterns, barriers, and manageable next steps

        Maintain secure, HIPAA-conscious telehealth practices

Requirements

        Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing
