• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of patients' mental health needs, utilizing virtual tools to gather detailed histories and understand individual challenges.
• Provide effective, short-term individual counseling sessions via telehealth, offering crisis intervention and support for patients navigating diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops that encourage personal development, resilience, and coping strategies relevant to patient concerns.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with medical teams and community organizations to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in outreach initiatives, including virtual mental health awareness campaigns, aimed at promoting community wellness and reducing stigma.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

This role focuses on a diverse patient demographic, ranging from young adults to seniors, each experiencing various mental health challenges. • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees.
• Proven knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy models critical for effective virtual counseling.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to engage empathetically and authentically with a diverse patient population.
• A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals within a community health setting.

• A minimum of one year of experience as a mental health counselor or therapist.
• Experience working within a community health setting or hospital environment is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in virtual counseling methods and digital health tools.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
