Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Inspire and support students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a California school setting, making a difference for children across elementary and K-12 grade levels. This in-person contract opportunity offers meaningful work in supportive environments, providing impactful services in either the Victorville or Needles areas. Caseloads are capped at around 55 students per SLP, with SLPA support provided, so you can focus on quality interventions and student progress.
Your experience with K-12 populations, commitment to evidence-based practice, and ability to travel between sites—occasionally including a beautiful drive out to Monument Peak—will be deeply valued. Those passionate about educational settings will find this contract role fulfilling and engaging.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CTC Clear Credential
- School-based SLP background, with direct experience providing services to K-6 or K-12 students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with SLPAs and school staff
- Comfortable working onsite; no virtual or CF positions available
- Willingness to travel as needed between school sites (mileage reimbursed)
- Up-to-date resume and ability to share specific interview availability
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to your designated caseload
