• Provide psychotherapy services to clients in a manner that enhances their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic charting for all client interactions using our state-of-the-art documentation software.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a wide array of mental health issues.
• Engage with clients regarding their mental health journeys and provide consistent follow-up and support.
• Work towards expanding individual caseload by an additional 15-35 clients, enhancing service delivery while maintaining quality care.

This role involves working with a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and the elderly. Our counselors have the opportunity to specialize in specific populations, including military veterans and couples, allowing them to apply their passions in focused practices. • A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling is required for this position.
• An active LPCC license in the state of California is essential.
