Work Environment

This role is conducted entirely remotely, allowing you to reach clients across various locations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments through secure video conferencing to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including individual, family, couples, and group counseling tailored to the specific circumstances of each client.
• Utilize virtual tools and platforms to carry out mental health screenings that identify areas of concern and establish clear paths for treatment.
• Engage actively with clients to comprehend their personal goals and needs, while continuously assessing their progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
• Document client interactions meticulously in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices within our telehealth framework.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health treatment and technology to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will be responsible for engaging with individuals and families from various backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences, and tailoring therapeutic approaches to effectively address their specific psychological and emotional challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPCC), or Social Work (LCSW).
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of counseling theories, methods, and best practices in mental health care.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and principles in therapeutic practices, particularly in an outpatient and telehealth setting.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience providing mental health services to individuals grappling with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Experience working with clients facing co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, or those requiring group therapy interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective treatment plans and deliver personalized care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance, supporting your overall health and well-being as you care for others.
