Overview VTG is looking for a Training Specialist to join our team. What will you do? Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large
programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and
seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans,
courses, and materials of a technical nature. Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering,
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics,
Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two
years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor's
degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community; 3 Years Do you have what it takes? Required Qualifications TS/SCI with Poly required Required Skills:
