Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile, mid-level Software Developer to join our fully remote engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications using a variety of modern programming languages. This position does not require security clearance and is open to remote candidates, provided you can strictly adhere to East Coast (EST) working hours.
Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Design, write, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code using at least three of our core stack technologies (Java, Python, JavaScript/Vue.js/React, PHP, or C#).
  • Full Lifecycle Execution: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, architecture, feature development, testing, and deployment.
  • System Integration: Develop, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless data flow between front-end interfaces and server-side logic.
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Actively investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing software systems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development or engineering
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in at least three (3) of the following five technologies:
  • Java
  • Python
  • JavaScript (specifically utilizing Vue.js or React frameworks)
  • PHP
  • C#
  • Ability to consistently work standard East Coast (EST) business hours
  • Experience writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems
  • Strong communication skills for a fully remote, distributed team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Full-stack development experience utilizing a combination of the required languages
  • Experience with version control systems, primarily Git/GitHub/GitLab
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with RESTful API design and integration
