Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health challenges, develop appropriate clinical diagnoses, and establish effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet the unique goals of each client.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and social workers—to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all facets of clients' health.
