• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify client needs and concerns.
• Develop individualized therapy plans that reflect each client’s specific issues, aspirations, and personal treatment goals.
• Facilitate both evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to arrange integrated care options, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
• Engage with clients’ families, providing education, support, and strategies to aid in their overall recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
