As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Health Care, you will:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health issues and to establish effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities that promote healing and personal development, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and family systems therapy.
• Collaboratively develop therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Offer virtual therapy sessions to meet the needs of clients who prefer or require remote access to mental health services.
• Maintain ethical practice standards by accurately documenting client interactions and treatment plans within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

In this role, you will work with diverse client populations, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Your contributions will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, promoting resilience, and supporting families in achieving harmony and emotional stability. To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
