Tranquil Ties Wellness is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Create, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and outline specific therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and integrated care tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in need of immediate support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Lead therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance the supportive environment for our clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
