Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a newly opened branch location. This leadership role is responsible for driving branch performance, coaching and developing team members, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships, developing employees, and representing the organization within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while ensuring an outstanding member experience.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor branch performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and prospective members.
  • Promote branch growth through business development and community outreach efforts.
