Job description

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our client companies located in an industrial park near the Little Creek-Fort Story Base in Virginia Beach. As a staffing agency, we specialize in connecting qualified candidates with roles that align with their skills and experience.

In this position, you will act as the main contact for customers and their orders, offering assistance through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience, and providing support in the office whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Entering customer order data into the company's system and Excel.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer experience.

Schedule:

  • The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays ending at 4 PM.

Requirements
