In your role as a licensed mental health therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting ethical, compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring all interactions adhere to professional standards.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities that address individual client needs and therapy goals.
• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans—these plans will identify specific therapeutic objectives and methods tailored to facilitate progress.
• Guiding clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering an understanding that supports healing and growth.
• Monitoring clients’ progress throughout the therapeutic process, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and equipping clients with healthy coping strategies.

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults who seek guidance and support for a diverse range of mental health concerns. By creating a safe and affirming space, you will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of one of the following full, unrestricted licenses is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must be qualified to practice independently.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong empathic disposition.
• Proficiency in computer skills and the capability to work with telehealth platforms.

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient counseling settings and specific knowledge of therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be advantageous. Previous work with particular demographics, such as adults with anxiety or mood disorders, will further enhance your application.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 based on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
