• Conduct individual virtual counseling sessions utilizing video chat technologies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Assess the mental and behavioral health needs of adult clients and establish personalized therapy goals and objectives.
• Implement solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their self-awareness and coping strategies, guiding them through the therapeutic process.
• Maintain meticulous records while managing minimal paperwork to focus more on client interaction.
• Regularly review treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to support ongoing client development.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who may be experiencing a range of emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. By providing compassionate care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their mental health and overall quality of life.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is highly desirable.
• Current licensure valid in your state (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD) is essential for providing counseling services.
• Ability to work independently and without supervision, providing high-quality care to clients.
• No disciplinary actions related to your licensure history.

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with a diverse client population.
• Familiarity with recent advancements in psychotherapy, particularly in digital contexts.
• Proficient computer skills, enabling smooth navigation of telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 50,000 and 130,000 annually, depending on your hours and caseload. Further benefits include:
