Mortgage Consumer Outbound Call Center Sales Agent
In-Office Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
$16–$18 per hour + Uncapped Commission
Magnolia Bank is hiring for our Consumer Direct Outbound Call Center. In this fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment, motivated individuals can earn hourly pay plus commission while building a long-term career in the mortgage industry.
This position requires strong attendance, comfort making outbound calls, and the ability to work in a structured, goal-oriented call center.
Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential mortgage customers
Follow scripts and call flow exactly as trained
Transfer qualified customers to licensed mortgage professionals
Meet daily and weekly performance goals
Accurately code and document calls
Attend training, coaching, and team meetings
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Call center, sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable making outbound calls most of the day
Ability to follow scripts and processes
Goal-oriented and coachable
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Basic computer skills

Must be able to work in-office Monday–Friday, 7 am-4 pm

$16 Trainee Rate to $18 Senior Rate + Uncapped Commission
