Job description

We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper for a small software development and engineering firm located in Columbia, SC with a second office in Raleigh, NC. Flexible hours requiring office presence 2 to 3 days per week.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online
  • Basic Knowledge of Accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • A high attention to detail
  • Able to produce work with a high level of accuracy.
  • ​Professionalism and organization skills
  • Associates degree or at least two years of experience in this area is preferable

An expanded full-time Office Administrator is also available that includes reception and other office administration tasks.
