What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Client Bookkeeping Support: Perform monthly accounting and bookkeeping functions for a variety of clients using QuickBooks and other accounting software, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • Sales amp; Use Tax Compliance: Prepare and file Sales amp; Use Tax Returns in accordance with applicable state and local requirements.
  • Tax amp; Reporting Assistance: Prepare Form 1099s and Personal Property Tax Returns while maintaining compliance with filing deadlines and reporting standards.
  • Financial Record Review: Review incoming client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, following up as needed to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Client Service amp; Communication: Communicate professionally with clients to gather information, answer questions, and support a positive client experience.
  • Project Support: Assist with special accounting and bookkeeping projects as needed to support client and firm initiatives.
