Job Description

COHO (Content House) is the internal advertising agency/production studio inside the Personal Care division within P&G. COHO is seeking a Social Content Creator to produce, shoot, and edit platform-native content for P&G's Beauty and Personal Care brands. This is an end-to-end role for someone who can move fast, work lean, and create thumb-stopping content that feels authentic to social platforms.

You'll own content from concept to final delivery-spotting trends, adapting them for our brands, shooting quickly, and editing on the fly. You need the agility to work solo, the social instincts to know what will perform, and the craft to make products look beautiful without overproducing.

This role is about speed and relevance. You're not building elaborate productions-you're creating content that moves at the speed of TikTok trends while maintaining the polish that premium beauty and personal care brands require.

You'll work closely with Creative Directors, brand partners, and the broader COHO team to feed the content engine with fresh, engaging social assets.

Three Core Areas of Responsibility

1. End-to-End Content Production

Produce, shoot, and edit social content from concept to final delivery

Create platform-native content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts

Work lean and fast-capture content with whatever tools fit the job

Shoot product content, lifestyle moments, KOL collaborations, beauty application demos, and trend-driven social content

Deliver finished, platform-ready assets without needing a full production crew or post team

Move at the speed of social: concept in the morning, delivered by afternoon when needed

2. Social-First Content Strategy & Execution

Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles

Adapt brand content to feel native to each platform-understanding the difference between a TikTok, an Instagram Reel, and a YouTube Short

Produce content that balances brand quality with social authenticity-premium but not overproduced

Experiment with new formats, trends, and ideas to keep content fresh and engaging

Understand what performs and why-and use that insight to inform future content

Capture content that tells stories, showcases products, and drives engagement

3. Collaboration & Content Pipeline

Work closely with Creative Directors to understand brand objectives and translate them into social content

Collaborate with the DP, editors, and CG team when needed for hybrid projects or higher production content

Organize and manage your own media assets, project files, and deliverables

Provide insights on what's working across social platforms and how COHO can stay ahead of trends

Help build COHO's content library with always-on, scroll-stopping social assets

Job Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years making content, with a portfolio of work to show.

All-in-One Creator: Ability to produce an idea, shoot it, and edit it into a finished asset, all within tight timelines.

Business Acumen: Understands how content supports brand building, campaign objectives, consumer engagement, and broader business goals.

Social-Native: You are deeply familiar with social media platforms, trends, algorithms, content formats, and the unspoken rules of social media. You know what's trending before it's trending.

Product & Brand Aesthetic Obsessed: You know how to make products look aspirational. You understand lighting, composition, and how to shoot products in ways that drive consumer engagement.

Nimble & Adaptable: Comfortable working with various tools, from mobile capture to professional cameras, adapting quickly, and delivering quality regardless of the setup.

Fast & Agile: You thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritizing speed and delivery. You know when to refine and when "good enough" is great.

Editing & Motion Skills: Proficient in quick editing using tools like Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile editing apps. You possess basic motion graphics skills and can add text, transitions, and effects that elevate social content.

Storyteller: You think in stories, not just shots, understanding pacing, emotion, and how to hook an audience quickly.

Self-Starter: You are proactive, resourceful, scrappy, and solution-oriented, able to identify opportunities, pitch ideas, and execute them independently.

Collaborative: Works effectively with brand, design, media, community, production, and agency partners to move ideas into market-ready assets.
