The Social Media & Creator Partnerships Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of social media activity, creator outreach and partnership initiatives that help strengthen brand awareness and community engagement. This role assists with scheduling content, monitoring social channels, coordinating creator communications and product seeding, maintaining campaign trackers and supporting timely follow-up on deliverables, deadlines and performance updates.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish approved social content with accurate captions, tags, links and campaign details.
  • Monitor comments, DMs and brand mentions, respond to the community and route customer service issues to the appropriate team.
  • Research and outreach to smaller-to-medium creators, affiliates, UGC talent and relevant podcast or partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate product seeding by collecting creator information, supporting shipments and following up on content deliverables.
  • Maintain creator and partnership trackers, including deliverables, usage rights, ad permissions, contracts and payment status.
  • Support campaign and launch execution by keeping social and creator deadlines organized.
  • Share weekly updates on posting status, community feedback, creator progress and any unresolved items.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form social content.
  • Excellent written communication, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with creators, customers and internal teams.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines, trackers and ongoing conversations at once.
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing captions, tags, links and campaign details.
  • Interest in beauty, hair care, creator marketing and digital culture is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities when needed.
  • Experience with social scheduling, creator outreach, influencer marketing or community management is preferred.
