Job description

Job Overview: Fidelity’s Commercial Card department provides businesses a comprehensive suite of tools to help improve their cash flow, streamline payments, minimize instances of fraud and provide information reporting. The Commercial Card team members operate with a problem-solving mindset, considering the different ways in which Fidelity can assist with increasing efficiencies and earn a return on dollars spent.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Managing an assigned sales territory identifying new commercial card opportunities while meeting profitability objectives
  • Performing in-person and virtual commercial card business sales calls focused on commercial card product demonstrations
  • Participating in client onboarding process for business and commercial card products - including, but not limited to, gathering client requirements, solution build and client training
  • Partnering with commercial lending, treasury management, and any other areas of the bank to identify commercial card prospects, understanding client needs and determining appropriate card solutions for commercial clients
  • Serving as partner and liaison to support other bank departments with regards to commercial card products, including but not limited to sales, operations and service
  • Educating and enrolling suppliers for virtual card payment solution

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelors Degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of financial services experience
  • Minimum 3 years of business-to-business experience
  • Familiarity with payment systems
  • High level attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • In-person and virtual presentation skills
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours

Preferred qualifications for this role include:
