Administrative Assistant

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (core hours 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM) 

Position Overview

This role provides administrative and project coordination support for departmental operations, helping manage schedules, communications, and customer-related tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with a variety of internal and external contacts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities
  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM documentation
  • Support special projects, including planning and coordinating presentations
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
  • Serve as a liaison with internal departments, including global marketing
  • Provide phone coverage and assist with general office communication
  • Manage service quotes, invoicing, and sales funnel tracking
  • Generate detailed reports using SAP data queries
  • Assist with production coordination and customer-specific requests
  • Complete expense reports and assist with administrative training support

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
