Job description

Seeking someone who is proactive and detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills to be my Virtual assistant to assist in managing my businesses and personal tasks between multiple businesses in Canada and the United States.

Summary

  • This is not an entry-level assistant position. You MUST have experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant.
  • Expect to get several requests per day, many of which include tasks that must be done that day.
  • You'll handle my business and personal details, including scheduling, document and expense management, personal logistics and appointments.
  • This is a part-time role, starting between 15-20 hours per week. Depending on how we work together, this could increase to a full-time role.
  • It's also remote, so you can work anywhere in the United States during MDT and EDT time zones. We will communicate via email, Slack, and phone.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Book all travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities, both within Canada, United States, and internationally.
  • Handle personal details such as scheduling personal appointments, shopping, etc.
  • Must be reachable during the hours of 9AM - 7PM Eastern and respond to messages within 2 hours
