Behavioral Health Solutions is a team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and through SNF, Outpatient, and Telehealth. As we expand as a leading provider, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity.

BHS is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join on team! Someone who is able to multi-task, problem-solve, and deliver the best customer service to our clients in a high call volume workplace. This position has room for growth and incentives!

Job Type:

  • Full-time (Monday through Friday)
  • 3 days a week Intake Role, 2 days a week Eligibility Verification Specialist role
  • In-Office

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients during the intake process.
  • Answer phone lines for incoming patient communications.
  • Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
  • Schedule initial appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure all required forms and documentation are completed accurately.
  • Answer patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
  • Update and maintain patient records in AthenaOne.
  • Collaborate with other administrative and clinical staff to ensure a smooth intake process.
  • Perform eligibility and benefits verification and coordination on a rotating basis.
  • Performing additional tasks, duties, and assignments as specified by your supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A minimum of 1 year of Healthcare Industry experience.
