Position Overview

As a Customer Service + Scheduling / Retention team member, you’ll be the voice of our agency—supporting customers with policy service needs while also helping ensure they stay informed, engaged, and covered.
You will provide excellent service, assist customers with requests, and complete light appointment setting and retention follow-up (not hard selling).
You’ll partner with the Agent and team to ensure customers feel supported from start to finish.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Customer Service (Primary)
    • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
    • Assist with policy servicing such as changes, payments support, documentation, renewals, and general inquiries
    • Listen to customer needs and communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully
    • Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes

  • Light Appointment Setting / Retention
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are addressed and recommended next steps are scheduled
    • Support retention efforts by engaging customers proactively and helping prevent policy lapses/confusion
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the agent/team for customer meetings
    • Make sure customers understand next steps, required information, and timelines

  • Team Support
    • Assist the agent/team to help meet agency goals while keeping customer experience first
    • Support lead management tasks (as directed) and ensure timely follow-through
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Required / Must-Have

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license must be currently active
  • Life & Health license: must be able to obtain (or be in process)
Strongly Preferred

  • Customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, support roles, etc.)
  • Experience in insurance or financial services (not required, but helpful)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine people-first mindset
