At Voya, we're committed to providing innovative solutions that help our customers achieve financial confidence. As a Principal Network Architect, you will serve as the senior technical authority responsible for the strategy, architecture, and modernization of Voya's global network infrastructure.
This highly visible role will lead the design and governance of hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, datacenter, security, and connectivity architectures across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership, engineering teams, cybersecurity, and infrastructure stakeholders to build scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions that support Voya's long-term technology strategy.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure, and architecture.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise network environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise architecture initiatives in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Mandatory Certification Requirement
Active Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification is required and will be validated during the interview process.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed.
