Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Virginia Beach – Home Care

What You’ll Do

  • Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
  • Mobility Support: Help with safe transfers, repositioning, and movement
  • Meal Assistance: Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and monitor intake
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and reduce isolation
  • Home Environment: Keep spaces clean, safe, and organized
  • Safety & Health: Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines
  • Documentation: Record care provided and report any changes or concerns

What You Bring

  • Active Virginia CNA certification
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18+
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  • Ability to use your smartphone for scheduling and care documentation
  • Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
  • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks
  • A team-first mindset and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Ability to pass background checks, health screenings, DMV check, and drug screening
