VIP, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Employment Specialist to develop employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities throughout the Murrieta area. This is a unique business development role where your ability to connect with employers directly impacts the lives of the people we serve.

Location: Field-Based Role Throughout Murrieta and Surrounding Cities (Approximately 15% Office-Based in Rancho Cucamonga)
Compensation: $70,304 - $76,800 annually plus commission for every successful job placement
What You'll Do
- Prospect, cold call, and meet with local businesses to identify hiring needs and create employment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business owners, and HR professionals.
- Develop a pipeline of employer partners through networking, referrals, community events, and direct outreach.
- Present VIP's employment services and educate employers on the benefits of building an inclusive workforce.
Match Talent with Opportunity
- Identify qualified candidates and connect them with appropriate employment opportunities.
- Assist clients with job searches, applications, interview preparation, and workplace success strategies.
- Advocate for clients throughout the hiring process and help employers find reliable, motivated employees.
- Follow up with employers and clients to ensure successful long-term placements.
Represent VIP in the Community
- Attend networking events, chamber meetings, workforce development meetings, and community functions.
- Serve as a professional ambassador for VIP and our mission.
- Maintain accurate records, activity reports, and placement documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, account management, or employer outreach experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and achieve measurable results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person employer visits.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Experience in staffing, workforce development, recruiting, human resources, or outside sales.
- Existing relationships within the Murrieta, Temecula, and Southwest Riverside County business community.
