VIP Host / Server $17/hr (Cirque du Soleil Shows)

Job description:
Our company is now hiring experienced VIP Host / Server to work for Cirque du Soleil in Oaks, PA. Cirque du Soleil is a major Quebec-based organization providing high-quality artistic entertainment.

Pay: $17.00 an hour

Event Dates:
May 7th, 2026 - June 7th, 2026

Shifts will be within the following times and may vary:

  • 11-hour shifts may be required
  • Wednesday – Friday : 5.30pm - 10pm
  • Saturday – 1.30pm-10pm
  • Sunday – 11am-8pm

Primary responsibility

  • Greet guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets, and hand them their VIP lanyards;
  • Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner;
  • Serves non-alcoholic beverages to guests (market dependent);
  • Prepare VIP for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, cleaning and vacuuming, placing furniture, etc.;
  • Fill up beverage fridges and food stations, Perform inventory on supplies;
  • Serve food to guests throughout the VIP tent and the attached terraces in a positive and friendly manner;
  • Maintains strict cleanliness of the VIP area;
  • Clear and clean tables with food, drinks and general garbage, clean coffee area, food service areas and VIP are in general;
  • Ensures hand-washing stations are always in order and with soap and paper towel;
  • Change garbage, compost and recycle bags, and throw out into assigned bins;
  • Participate in the setup and tear down of the kitchen and catering areas;
  • Assist other areas as needed;

  • Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture.
  • Be physically able to stand up for long hours;
  • Understand customer service and hospitality;
  • Pay attention to the details, Work fast and efficiently under pressure;
  • Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings);
  • Work well with others and know when to get the help of a supervisor;
  • Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information;
  • Availability for the whole city duration;
  • Speak English Mandatory – other languages are an asset;

Physical Demands:

  • This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
  • May also lift up to 50lbs.
