VIP Host

The VIP Host delivers personalized service to casino guests and creates memorable entertainment experiences. This role builds guest relationships, promotes casino amenities, and ensures exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests. Coordinate reservations, accommodations, dining, and special requests. Engage guests on the casino floor and provide personalized service. Resolve guest concerns professionally. Track guest preferences and support VIP events and promotions. Collaborate with casino and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or casino operations preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
