THE JOB
Allianz Amphitheater is seeking VIP Hosts to deliver exceptional premium hospitality experiences for our box holders and VIP guests. This role serves as the face of our premium spaces, ensuring every guest feels recognized, valued, and fully taken care of from arrival through encore. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Welcome and provide personalized recognition to VIP guests and Live Nation executives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within premium lounges and seating areas
  • Provide accurate event information, including set times and venue amenities
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
  • Maintain communication with the VIP Manager, bar staff, and servers regarding guest flow and arrivals
  • Monitor spaces for ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Support premium upsell opportunities when appropriate
  • Uphold a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in high-end hospitality, restaurant operations, or premium guest services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Professional judgment, tact, and conflict resolution skills
  • Commitment to consistency - preference given to candidates able to work the full season
