Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing large format vinyl graphics, wall wraps, vehicle wraps, banners, signage, and other wide-format print applications. You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, from high-profile events to permanent installations, and be part of a team that values precision, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Install large format printed graphics on walls, windows, vehicles, floors, event displays, and other surfaces.
  • Safely operate equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding for elevated installations.
  • Measure, align, and apply vinyl, adhesive graphics, and signage to exact specifications.
  • Perform site surveys and prepare installation spaces, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for application.
  • Maintain high-quality installation standards with minimal errors or rework.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and production staff to ensure timely, accurate installations.
  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations at all times.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges quickly and effectively.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in large format graphics installation (vinyl, signage, environmental graphics, or related field).
  • Proficiency in applying adhesive vinyl without bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment.
  • Familiarity with a variety of substrates, surfaces, and installation techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret job specs, drawings, and layouts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various environments (indoor and outdoor).
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA certification or ability to obtain one (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Vehicle wrap installation experience (full and partial wraps).
  • Knowledge of large format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment.
  • Experience with event and trade show setups.
