Vintage Floors + Finishes is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of account managers and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a lead from the front, player/coach who loves selling flooring and finishes, training and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sales team
  • Continuous improvement
  • Employee Development
  • Manage a portfolio of key builder accounts
  • Recruit, hire and train employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Manage a budget and achieve financial targets

โ€‹Qualifications:

  • 5+ years leading a sales team with demonstrated growth
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required; military leadership experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proven achievements as a leader and personal sales performance
  • Flooring industry experience required - Custom wood floors, Tile, S&F, Carpet, LVP
