Job description

Seeking a professional with 3+ years of general work experience. Role being filled is Administrative Support Staff.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

·         Answering telephones

·         Answering customer inquiries

·         Heavy data entry: such as sales & purchase orders

·         Tracking of orders and management of deadlines

·         Communicating with vendors on order statuses and/or if issues arise

Preferred Skills

·         Multi-tasking

·         Friendly & outgoing

·         Good in fast-paced work environment

·         Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel) & Office

·         Organization & Customer Service

Other Details:

·         Position Full-Time

·         40 hour week with possible over time when needed

·         After 3 months of working, you will get paid holidays which are: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, 2 Days for Thanksgiving, 2 days For Christmas & New Year’s Day
