Solve Critical Tech Challenges: Application Support Specialist

As an Application Support Specialist with Trimble Viewpoint, you will collaborate directly with software-savvy teams and clients, using cutting-edge AI tools and SQL analytics to troubleshoot critical issues in real time and drive high-impact problem resolution.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of modernizing customer support by working directly with leading construction software solutions and leveraging next-generation AI tools. You will serve as a vital partner for our enterprise clients, driving real-time issue resolution, directly shaping internal AI knowledge bases, and elevating operational efficiency across global construction workflows.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across core accounting and project management solutions like Vista, Spectrum, and ProContractor.

  • Harness internal AI-powered tools and advanced data analytics to diagnose root causes and accelerate problem resolution.

  • Build and refine AI-driven knowledge content that empowers users and automates resolutions for common client challenges.

  • Analyze underlying database records using SQL queries, custom reporting tools, and data spreadsheets to ensure data integrity.

  • Collaborate with global support teams and participate in international on-call rotations to deliver world-class client success.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in diagnosing technical software issues and examining underlying data using SQL queries and reporting tools.

  • Practical understanding of AI agents, AI-powered tools, and a proactive mindset toward leveraging AI for process efficiency.
