Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE, cloud-native development, and enterprise data integration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in backend-heavy environments, has experience with AWS, and is comfortable working with modern data streaming and orchestration tools like Confluent Kafka. You’ll be part of a collaborative Agile team building scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, and related frameworks.
Build and deploy applications in AWS cloud environments, leveraging native services.
Write Linux shell scripts for file processing and orchestration.
Integrate with Confluent Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
Collaborate with data teams to support ETL workflows, ideally using Informatica.
Develop and optimize advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries for Oracle, DB2, and Snowflake.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Document technical solutions and collaborate using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, including Spring.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and deployment practices.
Proficiency in Linux shell scripting for automation and orchestration.
Experience with Confluent Kafka or Apache Kafka for data streaming.
Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica is a plus.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
Experience writing advanced SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle or cloud data warehouses.
Exposure to Snowflake in enterprise-scale environments.
Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
Ideal Skill Breakdown:
70–80%: Core Java/J2EE, Spring, backend development.
30%: Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration with Oracle, DB2, and Snowflake.
10%: Experience with Snowflake in enterprise-scale environments.

Nice to Have:
Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
