Job Description
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair CBE-supported products including DVRs, cameras, network switches, monitors, and other equipment.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting problems with PC hardware and software.
  • Work with team members to complete tasks/projects on schedule.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment in a timely manner per daily schedule.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Good understanding of computer systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient using Windows OS and any related software.
