What is video quality assurance?

Video Quality Assurance (QA) is the process of systematically testing and evaluating video content, streaming platforms, or video products to ensure they meet specific quality standards. This involves checking for issues such as audio-video sync, resolution, playback errors, buffering, and visual artifacts. Video QA professionals work to identify and document defects, collaborate with developers to resolve them, and verify that the final product delivers a smooth and high-quality viewing experience for users. Their work is essential for streaming services, broadcasters, and any company delivering video content to ensure customer satisfaction.

What are some common challenges faced by video quality assurance professionals during the testing process?
