Video Quality Assurance (QA) is the process of systematically testing and evaluating video content, streaming platforms, or video products to ensure they meet specific quality standards. This involves checking for issues such as audio-video sync, resolution, playback errors, buffering, and visual artifacts. Video QA professionals work to identify and document defects, collaborate with developers to resolve them, and verify that the final product delivers a smooth and high-quality viewing experience for users. Their work is essential for streaming services, broadcasters, and any company delivering video content to ensure customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with video editing software, QA automation tools, and content management systems is typically required. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills make candidates stand out in this role. These competencies ensure the delivery of high-quality video content, efficient issue resolution, and seamless collaboration with production and development teams.
