Job description


We are currently seeking two Entry-Level Utility Persons to join our team at Gary Plant.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Quality Assurance team with maintaining quality standards and procedures.
  • Assist with inspections, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Help investigate quality concerns and work with team members to identify solutions.
  • Learn and follow quality control processes and safety procedures.
  • Participate in quality-related training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel between operating facilities may be required.
  • Perform all job duties with a Safety-First mindset.
Qualifications:
  • Must pass assessment (QA test)
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or quality experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus).
