We're looking for a highly organized and driven Production Order Manager to oversee customer orders from kickoff through production. This is a critical role that ensures seamless coordination between customers, sales, production, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results on time and with the highest level of quality.

A typical day includes monitoring open order lists, verifying inventory, coordinating schedules, and proactively communicating with customers and internal teams regarding order status and project updates. If you enjoy solving problems, managing multiple priorities, keeping projects moving forward, we'd love to meet you.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Manufacturing, production, signage, visual branding, printing, or related industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, administrative, and project coordination experience, including order processing, scheduling, intake management, data entry, and managing multiple orders, projects, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and other business applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and drive projects forward through effective follow-up and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work in an in-office environment and maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs.
