VML is in search of a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Shopper Video 

What you'll do: 

  • Lead end-to-end Shopper and Retail video production programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across agency teams team's by facilitating program reviews, managing stakeholder communications, and resolving risks and roadblocks.
  • Own program planning and execution, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, resource coordination, and overall program health reporting.
  • Oversee the creative production lifecycle, including intake, review cycles, approvals, change management, and third-party or legal review requirements.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and governance across all video assets, including content availability, usage rights, brand standards, and production processes.
  • Champion operational excellence by leveraging production systems and tools, developing executive-ready communications, and driving continuous process improvements and best practices.

  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution: Provide examples of successfully launched and managed campaigns, highlighting key achievements and metrics.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles: Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital media planning, buying, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ad trafficking, creative development processes, QA procedures, and troubleshooting techniques within digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Client management experience: Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting campaign updates, and managing client expectations.
