Job description


The Videographer is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing the video content that supports the Caesars Entertainment brand and marketing initiatives. The in-house videographer brings creativity and highly technical skills to The Source video production team. The role involves shooting across all disciplines of cinematography, including lifestyle, conceptual brand, architecture, food, portraiture, interviews and events across all of Caesars Entertainment. Depending on the size and nature of the event/campaign, the videographer may work independently or will lead a crew. The content delivered will meet the internal client specifications and will be shot through the lens of each specific brand. Responsibilities
  • Comfortable executing high volume work with sometimes short notice. They will have in-depth understanding of key metrics, excellent creative vision and effective communication skills.
  • Work directly with the director, and agency producer.
  • Follows brand specific style guides and ensure consistency of visual imagery.
  • Combine creative thinking with technical skills to create compelling visual stories.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, innovation and best practices.
  • Works proactively with on-site and in-house creative team to understand specific creative and art direction.
  • Is able to work independently on-site and at other Caesars properties while coordinating with in-house creative team remotely.
  • Maintains processes to ensure workflow efficiencies, creative flexibility and maintain high volume of all videography.
  • Maintain and organize in-house video equipment and lighting.
  • Download, string out and archive project media.
  • Maintains proactive communication with process owners regarding management expectations and best practices.
  • Is an expert in cameras, lighting, tools, technical software and image capture systems. Is proficient at shooting multiple output sizes, frame rates and aspect ratios based on project needs.
  • This position will focus mainly on Las Vegas properties, but may occasionally require travel. Travel experience and skill is essential.
  • The position occasionally requires working non-standard hours.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate/commercial videography/cinematography and post production.
  • Professional reel demonstrating knowledge of image capture and fundamentals, including lighting, composition, color and complex image capture.

  • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex issues succinctly.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, both technically and creatively, with attention to detail.
  • Expertise in digital cinema capture systems
  • Advanced eye for style and visual composition.
  • Deep understanding and technical knowledge with lighting sets.
  • Solve complex problems with the ability to take a broad perspective on existing solutions.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate projects during non-standard working hours.
  • Positive attitude even under great pressure.
  • The highest professional conduct on set and with client partners.
